Step 6: Policy Approval

Accepting your policy

Your policy is approved, congratulations! Once you receive the confirmation email stating that your policy has been approved you will need to accept it.
Once you accept your policy you will still have a 10-day “free look” period where you may cancel and receive a whole refund if you are not 100% satisfied with the policy. 

Receiving your policy

After your policy is accepted it may take a few weeks to receive your policy in the mail. Contained within the physical contract will be all the details of your policy. If you lose your physical contract at any time you may request to have it reprinted from the carrier for a small fee. 

Ongoing support

Once your policy has been delivered and you tick life insurance off your to-do list feel free to reach out to us at any time for any questions you may have about your policy! We will always be available by phone, email, or chat to answer any questions you may have. 

10-day free look

After your policy has been delivered, if for whatever reason you have buyer's remorse and would like to cancel your policy and receive a full refund you will be able to do this within 10 days. Send us an email at with your policy number and we will take care of that for you.

Canceling your policy

If for whatever reason you want to cancel your life insurance there is no contract, you cancel whenever you want!
